As a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, Carol has significant expertise in strengths development of individuals and teams. Utilizing the CliftonStrengths Finder assessment as a springboard for her custom programs, she teaches and develops a deeper understanding of personal and team strengths. Strengths development provides multiple benefits as individuals fully embrace their natural talents and learn how to manage them more effectively for greater influence. Self-management includes understanding the light and dark sides of one’s top strengths and continually calibrating them for optimal impact. Teams work better together when they understand each other’s strengths. Increased communication, well-delivered feedback, and tolerance for differences, improves the overall cohesion and productivity of a team. Pairing team members with complementary strengths increases their output and creates the foundation for a solid organization. Carol has provided her strengths-based leadership development programs to businesses in the health and financial fields, non-profits, churches, and government agencies.
In addition, Carol is a Certified Action Learning Coach (CALC) with the World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL). She uses this impactful tool to develop the leadership competencies of her clients while solving real work challenges. Action Learning has been a part of her coaching with DOJ, FAA, and area businesses and non-profits.
As a certified Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index (MP-ELI), Carol teaches a 7-level framework to identify and manage positive and negative energy within teams and individuals. Clients report that this tool aids them in managing their thoughts, emotions, and actions to avoid draining energy and to consistently tap into their high-performance abilities.
