At C3 (Coalesce Coaching & Consulting), we believe every business reflects the person leading it.
Many entrepreneurs have built successful businesses through resilience, determination, and hard work. But the very patterns that helped you survive adversity, overworking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, staying in control, or carrying everything yourself, can quietly become the very things limiting your next level of growth.
Our role isn’t to fix you. It’s to help you see yourself and your business more clearly.
Through our C3 Leadership Mirror™, you’ll gain insight into how you’re showing up as a leader and how that is being reflected throughout your business. From there, our coaching and consulting help you translate those insights into meaningful change, aligning your leadership, strategy, and business with who you are today, not who you had to become to survive.
This is the work of moving from adversity to alignment.
It isn’t about doing more or chasing the next strategy. It’s about leading with greater clarity, intention, and authenticity so your business can grow in a way that is both successful and sustainable.
Guiding this work is Casey Clark, MBA, M.A., whose own journey through adversity shaped a deep understanding of how our experiences influence the way we lead, build businesses, and define success. Today, she partners with entrepreneurs who are ready to create businesses that reflect not just what they’ve achieved, but who they’ve become.
The way you lead your business reflects the way you lead yourself.
The C3 Leadership Mirror™ is a self-assessment designed to help entrepreneurs see how their mindset, leadership, relationships, and decision-making show up in their business. It provides a clear snapshot of where you’re aligned and where growth may be calling you.
When I started C3, I thought my role was to help businesses grow through better marketing, stronger strategy, and smarter systems. While those things absolutely matter, I kept seeing the same thing happen.
The businesses weren’t the real obstacle.
The leaders behind them were carrying patterns they didn’t even realize were influencing how they made decisions, led their teams, set boundaries, or responded to growth. As I did my own work, I realized I wasn’t immune to it either.
The more I understood how adversity had shaped me, the more intentional I became as a leader. That personal transformation changed the way I approached every client, and C3 evolved alongside me.
Today, I don’t believe lasting business growth comes from strategy alone. Strategy matters, but it works best when it’s aligned with the person leading it. That’s why I combine business consulting with coaching. Together, we look at both the business and the leader, because sustainable growth happens when they evolve together.
My goal isn’t to tell you how to run your business. It’s to help you see yourself more clearly, lead with greater intention, and build a business that reflects who you are today, not who you had to become to survive.
