Debby is an Executive Coach and skilled leadership development facilitator. She has experience coaching and training in various environments – from a Fortune 50 company to small businesses to non-profit organizations. Debby is very proud to be a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland. She loves supporting leaders whether they hold an official title or not. Debby founded the non-profit, 2911 Group Inc, that supports young women ages 13-21 with self-confidence, self-esteem, leadership skills, and social responsibility.
