Linda Hall is a Real Estate Investor and co-owner of L2, LLC. After 14 years of teaching, she left her position to pursue real estate investing full-time. She and her husband, Lee, started investing in multi-family real estate in 2018 as an investment strategy for building a passive income. As their portfolio grew, so did the time required to maintain it, leading to a decision to work full time. Since June, they’ve completed two apartment turnovers and are now working on a vacant triplex. Their mission is to provide clean, affordable housing, and not to create high-end luxury rentals. They hope to be part of the housing solution as they build their business.
