When clarity is missing internally, it shows up externally in stalled growth, overextension, and disconnection. How you lead, make decisions, communicate, and hold boundaries shapes everything your business becomes.

The C3 Leadership Mirror™ Collective is a 4-month group experience designed to help you see yourself and your leadership more clearly, so growth comes from alignment rather than force. This is not a “do more” program. It’s not about hustling harder, fixing yourself, or adding more to your plate. It’s about understanding what’s actually driving your leadership, recognizing how internal patterns shape external results, and creating sustainable growth that honors who you are so your business can thrive.

Through the C3 Leadership Mirror™ framework, you’ll work with key aspects of leadership like self-perception, relationships, decision-making, boundaries, vision, and sustainability, so your growth is grounded, intentional, and lasting.

Spots are intentionally limited to 6 people to preserve depth, connection, and individualized support.

Program Structure

March – June | 4 Months

Group Coaching

  • 2 group sessions per month
  • Held on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays at noon.
  • 8 total group sessions
  • Each session is 60 minutes

Individual Coaching

  • 1 private 60-minute session per month
  • Personalized support and integration

This blend of group and individual work allows you to learn, reflect, integrate, and apply without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

March - June

Session Overview

Session 1: Orientation & C3 Leadership Mirror™ Assessment

You’ll be introduced to the C3 Leadership Mirror™ framework and guided through a self-assessment to identify where you are now personally, professionally, and as a leader.

Sessions 2–7: Leadership Mirror™ Focus Areas

Each session explores a different aspect of leadership, helping you see how internal dynamics influence your external outcomes. You’ll receive insight, reflection, and practical application you can integrate immediately.

Session 8: Integration & Completion

We’ll reflect on your growth, clarify what has shifted, and anchor key insights into practical ways of leading and working. You’ll leave with greater self-trust, clearer direction, and a grounded path for carrying this work forward with intention.
