Maybe they were outsourcing it to someone in another country and the communication not only took forever but your wants and needs somehow got lost in the shuffle. Whatever the reason is for you not being completely satisfied with your experience, we’re here to tell you that we have a pretty solid process that will ensure you come away with a website that you not only want to show to all of your friends but one that actually increases your bottom line. Here are some things you can expect, overall:
During this step, we will have an in-depth meeting to get a thorough understanding of your company. You will meet with a strategist and designer so that we have everything we need to create the content and look needed to make your website the best sales tool you have.
First, we will map out every page of your website and what will be included on it. Then, we’ll create the design and send it to you for approval. Once approved, we will start moving forward with building out the rest of the site.
While the design is being worked on, we will begin to write all of the content for your website. We’ll make sure that we completely address the buying journey and use language that resonates with your ideal clients. Once the design is approved, we’ll put all of the content on your website.
Once all of the content is on the site, we’ll send it to you for final approval. Once you approve, we will optimize each page for search engines and launch the site.
Once the site is live, we will provide training to every person who will have the ability to edit the website. We believe in our clients having full control over the site so we provide comprehensive in-person and/or virtual training to make sure you feel confident enough to edit it. If you want to leave the editing to us, that’s fine too. We just want to make sure that we aren’t holding your website and it’s content captive.
