Casey's professional and education background

Casey Clark, MBA, M.A., is a serial entrepreneur and the Founder and Business Alignment Strategist of C Clark Consulting (C3) – her 3rd “official” business. Starting her marketing career in 2011, she now focuses on aligning marketing, sales, and service for small businesses. She has helped dozens of companies increase revenue and their capacity to serve others by leading with a helping-first mentality.

A passionate advocate for personal growth, Casey considers herself a lifelong learner, continually taking classes and completing certifications even after earning two master’s degrees. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master’s of Business Administration from Argosy University, as well as a Master’s of Arts in Health and Wellness Coaching from the Maryland University of Integrative Health. She is a 2024 graduate of Leadership Frederick County.

Casey serves as the Vice President of the Women’s Business Network of Frederick and recently founded a nonprofit, called Amplified Change, which will be an art school for at risk youth. She has previously served on the board for the Women’s Council of Realtors as the Marketing Chair. Additionally, she has volunteered her services for SOAR and the Phoenix Foundation of Maryland.

During the pandemic, Casey launched the weTHRIVE podcast to provide a positive source of information to entrepreneurs. The podcast interviews global entrepreneurs about thriving and creating lasting legacies. The podcast has profoundly impacted listeners and interviewees, reminding them of their purpose and reigniting their passion to serve others.

Casey’s resilience and ability to make the best of any situation have been key to her success. She strives to empower others to do the same. To Casey, empowerment means continually taking action, staying true to oneself, and helping others despite the noise of the world around you. She carries this commitment through her work and interactions within the Frederick County community. You can often find her volunteering for a local nonprofit, enjoying live music, or having an experience of some sort. 

One of Casey’s biggest passions is exposing others to new experiences, especially food-related ones. If you’re around her long enough, you’ll certainly hear her say, “Try this!” She thoroughly enjoys being educated about other cultures and their food. In fact, Casey loves trying food so much she writes a food blog called “The Thriving Foodie,” where she tries different restaurants from all around and shares her experience.

When she is not trying new things or working on herself, she can be found palling around with her dog, Gunner.
